Posted by Admin in Uncategorized.

The new build (in December, actual build version is indicated as 4.4_20131202~Asylum~N7000) by Team Asylum is out for update and new flash by Galaxy Note owners with rooted phone.

Go to the above website and look for the Index to download the rom zip file and flash it to your phone.

Newbies should read up on how to install custom roms from Internet sources before attempting this installation. Nobody is responsible for any BRICK or problems.

Be sure to to a Full Wife (Wipe, terminology of Asylum Team) even if you are from the previous Asylum rom. Dirty flash will cause some instability to Google Now & Google Experience Launcher.

After full Wife and installation of updated version 4.4_20131202, PA Gapps, remember to reflash the SuperSU again. This is needed for Galaxy Note. Then reboot system.

If after reboot system the Google Launcher isn’t deployed properly, just reboot system one more time and it should be OK. WITH THAT, is all done.
Main differences compared to the previous version are, now the preinstalled apps can be uninstalled, and the swipe left or right for the power bar in Notification. The rom is lighter and takes up less internal memory. Overall feel remains fluid.
