With the release of MIUI developer rom 5.2.27 today, I have been using Redmi Note 4G-LTE for the past three months.

My final assessment of Redmi Note 4G, after three months is as follows;

~  dammed good as a daily driver.
~ battery is lasting; moderate use can last up to 3 days.
~  I don’t remember having any forced close of apps for the past three months.
~  enjoy paying games such as Asphalt 8, Temple Run 2, Subway Surfers, Real Racing 3, etc.
~  enjoy taking photos and video. But I prefer Camu camera app, it is faster.
~  I used HTC, Samsung, Sony mid range devices before; none of them come close to the stability and smoothness of this Redmi Note!
~  MIUI is very user friendly and customizable. MIUI 6 is even better with slim UI design.
~  my next upgrade of device will definitely consider Xiaomi phones again…
~  … Because Xiaomi is really great value for money.
~ design, too plain and a bit heavy. Not for lady.

Except that, you should buy at least a good enough earpiece (plug in) in order to enjoy the sound/music. The device’s speaker is too soft.

OK, about today’s developer rom (based on MIUI 6) version 5.2.27 update. As usual, the new rom remains very usable and smooth. No bug found yet. Developers from Xiaomi.eu are real good, thank you guys.

Here’s some images taken during the update,
