It’s a traditional “doctor’s watch” with small second counter at 6 o’clock position on the dial. Hand-winding movement.

Above:  BOVET vintage Chronograph circa 1930s. Very very rare. Hand-winding movement. In  very good condition. The brand started in 1822, also a supplier of mechanical clocks to the Chinese QIN Dynasty emperors.
